Who we are
This website is run by T.M. Beauty Brands Ltd (registration no. ΗΕ 434975, Chrysanthou Mylona 10, Magnum House, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus) for the Be The Light 2026 charity evening. For any privacy question, or to ask for a copy or the deletion of your data, email hello@bethelight2.org.
What we collect and why
We only collect what you type into our forms: brand donor and charity market applications (to review them and contact you), ticket update sign-ups (to email you once when tickets go on sale) and Wishing Tree reservations (to coordinate your gift). Wishes are shown by code only; we never publish children’s names or personal details.
Legal basis
We process your details with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and to take the steps you asked for. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe or cancel link in our emails.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form data in a database located in the European Union, and protects forms from spam with Turnstile. Resend delivers our emails. Donations and ticket sales happen on our partners’ own secure pages and are covered by their privacy policies; we never see your card details.
How long we keep it
We delete applications, reservations and sign-ups no later than 12 months after the event, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The security check may set a technical cookie needed to block spam, and your language choice is remembered in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
